Yes. Every carpet listed on Parsa Rugs is authentically hand-knotted in Iran using traditional techniques. Each piece comes with a Product Certificate and Quality Guarantee confirming its origin, material, and craftsmanship.

What materials are used in your carpets?

We specialize in 100% natural silk and fine wool & silk blends, depending on the collection. Each product page includes detailed material specifications.

What if I don’t like the color or design of the carpet after I receive it?

We completely understand—sometimes a carpet may look or feel different once it’s in your space. At Parsa Rugs, we genuinely want you to love the piece you choose. That’s why we’re always happy to send extra photos or videos before your purchase to help you make the right decision.

Do you accept returns?

Because each Parsa rug is handmade, unique, and often a collectible piece, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

Will I be charged VAT or customs duties?
